Responsible for MIDI studio setup and maintenance, integrating Digital Performer and Apple Logic Studio with vintage hardware and software synthesizers. Teach Doctoral students sequencing, MIDI orchestration, MIDI protocol (hardware and software applications), mixing, mastering, bouncing, as well as other artistic issues in a one-on-one setting. Help students prepare for their required electro-acoustic recital. Administer doctoral oral and written exams. Run a department-wide weekly master class devoted to issues surrounding the electro-acoustic musician.
